2019 JIM POOLE CLASSIC BADMINTON TOURNAMENT

The 2019 Jim Poole Classic ran 2 days for the Open & Senior Singles and Mixed on Saturday, then the Open and Senior Doubles events on Sunday. It's the first time we've run a full weekend event in several years and there were lots of sore bodies with all the matches, including a large number of very hard fought 3-game matches. The Open Singles winners were husband and wife from Tucson, Chinmai Basavaraj and Ankita Ashoka. They also teamed to take the Open Mixed title. The Open Women Doubles champs were Wey Lyn Lee and Tze Yi Yeoh. The Open Men Doubles winners were Seigo Hashimoto and Aaron Schneider. There were also consolation, Senior and Academy events. The results are below:
