These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the Arizona Badminton Center website and any AZBC form, registration flow, account feature, or online service that links to them. Arizona Badminton Center (“AZBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a badminton facility in Mesa, Arizona. AZBC offers or may offer open/drop-in play, memberships, clinics, training, lessons, tournaments, racket stringing, facility programs, and Pro Shop merchandise.

2. Website information and availability
We work to keep service descriptions, schedules, prices, and availability accurate. Facility schedules, court availability, instructor availability, inventory, and program details may change. A website request is not a confirmed reservation, registration, membership, or purchase unless AZBC or the applicable checkout system provides confirmation. Features described as “coming soon,” “being finalized,” or otherwise unavailable are informational and cannot be purchased through the website.

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement to make a purchase or create an account. A person must be at least 18 years old to personally complete an AZBC membership signup or coach registration. These flows may require date of birth. If the entered date of birth shows that the person is under 18 on the submission date, the signup cannot continue. An adult parent or legal guardian must complete the applicable account, consent, payment, and waiver steps for a minor participant when AZBC expressly offers a separate guardian-authorized process. A minor participant may not use that process to personally accept membership or coach-registration terms. Children under 13 may not independently create an account or submit personal information through AZBC’s online services.

When account features are enabled, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain one account for yourself unless AZBC authorizes otherwise, protect your credentials, and promptly notify AZBC of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by AZBC’s failure to use reasonable security measures. AZBC may suspend access to protect customers, investigate misuse, correct duplicate records, or enforce these Terms and facility rules.

Enabled service payments are processed through Stripe or another checkout provider identified at payment. Future online merchandise purchases will be processed through the store provider identified at checkout. Payment providers have their own terms and privacy practices. You authorize the applicable provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout. If you believe a charge is incorrect or duplicated, contact support@azbadmintoncenter.com promptly so AZBC can investigate.

When recurring membership checkout is enabled, the amount, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method, and applicable fees will be disclosed before purchase. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation takes effect under the Membership Terms then in force.

7. Clinics, lessons, reservations, and events
Programs may have their own eligibility, registration, guest, cancellation, refund, schedule, and participation terms. Those specific terms are shown on the event page or before purchase and are incorporated into these Terms. The August 8, 2026 High School Coaches Clinic is also governed by the AZBC Coaches Clinic Terms.

8. Pro Shop and physical merchandise
The current AZBC Pro Shop is an in-facility retail operation unless the website expressly provides an active online store and checkout. Product displays on the public website do not guarantee inventory or create an online offer to sell. When online retail launches, the store’s return, shipping, pickup, and fulfillment terms will be disclosed before purchase and will govern those orders.

A participant may be required to complete a separate liability waiver, guardian consent, safety acknowledgment, or program form. You agree to follow posted facility rules and reasonable staff instructions.
