This policy describes the purchase and fulfillment options currently available through the Arizona Badminton Center website. Program-specific terms shown before payment are part of this policy and control if they are more specific.

1. Currency and payment
All website prices are stated in United States dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise. Enabled online service payments are processed through Stripe or the payment provider identified at checkout. A purchase is complete only after payment is successfully processed and a confirmation is issued. If you believe a charge is incorrect or duplicated, contact support@azbadmintoncenter.com promptly and include the purchaser name, email, transaction date, and amount. Do not send a full payment-card number by email.

2. Current online purchase: August 8, 2026 Coaches Clinic
The current online launch offer is the AZBC High School Coaches Clinic on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Arizona Badminton Center.
• Online registration is $30 USD per attending coach.
• The attending coach completing registration must be at least 18 years old. A date of birth showing an age under 18 prevents registration and checkout.
• The online registration deadline is Friday, August 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM Arizona time.
• The $30 online registration payment is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
• Day-of registration, if accepted, is $40 USD per coach and is paid in person by cash or card.
• Each attending coach registers and pays separately.
• A head coach may bring one player at no additional charge. The player does not submit a separate event registration.
• An attending assistant coach registers and pays separately.
• Each attending school receives one HL Tournament Racket, not one racket per coach. The complete event conditions are in the AZBC Coaches Clinic Terms.

Online membership enrollment is being finalized and is not available unless the website displays an active AZBC membership checkout. No person is charged for a membership merely by viewing the website or submitting a general membership question. Before online recurring membership enrollment is activated, AZBC will publish the applicable renewal, cancellation, refund, proration, setup-fee, and benefit terms and display them before purchase. The person personally completing and accepting a membership signup must be at least 18 years old. The signup must verify date of birth and stop before checkout when the person is under 18.

5. Pro Shop merchandise and shipping
The current AZBC Pro Shop is in-person only. The public website may display products, categories, or services, but it does not accept an online merchandise order unless an active AZBC store checkout is presented. At this time:
• Merchandise is purchased at the AZBC facility.
• No website shipping or delivery service is offered.
• Product availability may vary.
• Any applicable merchandise tax is calculated at the point of sale.
AZBC will publish separate online-store return, shipping, pickup, and fulfillment terms before Shopify or another online retail checkout goes live.
