These terms apply to registration for the August 8, 2026 AZBC High School Coaches Clinic.

1. Registration and price
• The attending coach personally completing registration must be at least 18 years old on the submission date.
• Registration requires date of birth. If the entered date shows that the coach is under 18, registration and checkout cannot continue.
• Online registration is $30 USD per attending coach.
• Online registration closes Friday, August 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM Arizona time.
• Day-of registration, if accepted, is $40 USD per attending coach and is paid in person by cash or card.
• There is no announced attendance maximum.
• A registration is confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Separate coach registrations
Every attending head coach or assistant coach must complete a separate registration and payment. A head coach may provide the name and email address of one assistant coach for AZBC’s planning and outreach, even if that assistant cannot attend. Providing an assistant’s contact information does not register or pay for that assistant.

4. Player benefit
Each head coach is encouraged to bring one player at no additional charge. The player does not complete a separate event registration. The coach, school, participant, and parent or guardian remain responsible for any school approval, transportation, supervision, permission, eligibility, and waiver requirements that apply to the player.

5. Racket benefit
Each school represented by at least one attending, registered coach receives one HL Tournament Racket. The benefit is one racket per attending school, not one racket per coach, assistant, or player. The school name supplied during registration is used to identify the represented school and prevent duplicate allocation.

AZBC may make reasonable changes to clinic timing, presenters, drills, or facility details. If AZBC materially changes or cancels the event, AZBC will contact registered coaches using the email address supplied at registration and explain the applicable resolution.

Participants must follow AZBC facility rules, reasonable staff instructions, and any applicable school or district requirements. Participation may require a separate facility waiver or guardian consent. These Clinic Terms are not a liability waiver.
